Service Description

Levels: Intermediate, Advanced Ages: 10+, Adults Languages of instruction: English, Russian WARM UP. Practical exercises for your hands and arms that will train your body to be firm since shadow operation requires precision in your hands and the whole body. COLOUR SHADOWS. Shadows don’t have to be black and white! How to colour your shadow image. Students will be making shadow puppets and working with light. MOVING SCREENS. How to use screens of all sizes and shapes that are not limited to being incorporated into your set, but rather coming from your costumes and props. BODY AS A TOOL. Learning to include your body in the shadow picture or use it as a screen. SCENE WORK. Students will learn to apply selected techniques to their performance while telling an original story on stage.
